Lawrence is a Senior Principal Consultant in the Genesys Business Consulting team with over 15 years experience in contact center customer care. His broad experience includes strategic analysis, financial modeling and customer experience analysis. As a subject matter expert in omni-channel usability, self-service and speech technologies, Lawrence brings years of experience from hands-on deployment and business assessment of customer care systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering (Waterloo).
